How to Turn On Do Not Disturb on Apple Watch (watchOS 10 & Later)

Need some quiet time? The Do Not Disturb feature on your Apple Watch helps you stay focused by silencing calls, alerts, and notifications while still letting important alarms through.

Here’s how to quickly enable it:

✅ Method 1: Turn on Do Not Disturb via Control Center

  1. Wake your Apple Watch by tapping the screen or raising your wrist.
  2. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open Control Center.
  3. Tap the crescent moon icon (🌙).
  4. Choose one of the following:
    • On: Enables DND until you turn it off manually.
    • On for 1 hour
    • On until this evening
    • On until I leave (only if location is available)

Your Apple Watch will now silence all alerts except for alarms.

✅ Method 2: Use Focus Mode (Syncs with iPhone)

If you’re using Focus Mode on iPhone:

  1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb.
  2. Enable “Share Across Devices” to sync it with your Apple Watch.
  3. Whenever you turn on DND on your iPhone, it automatically activates on your Watch.

✅ Method 3: Use Siri

Just raise your wrist and say:

“Hey Siri, turn on Do Not Disturb.”

Siri will enable it instantly.
