Method 1: Using the Control Center

  1. Wake your Apple Watch by raising your wrist or tapping the screen.
  2. Swipe up from the bottom to open the Control Center.
  3. Tap the crescent moon icon (Do Not Disturb).
    • Choose “For 1 hour,” “Until tonight,” “Until I leave,” or “Until tomorrow.”

Method 2: Through the Settings App

  1. Press the Digital Crown to open the app grid.
  2. Open the Settings app (gear icon).
  3. Scroll and tap “Do Not Disturb.”
  4. Toggle it On and set a duration.
